Expected skills

  • At least 7+ years of experience working in product leadership roles in major technology players and startups.

  • Previous track record of hiring and developing a high performance product team.
  • Passionate about clients and proven experience in building a relationship with them.

  • Experience leading deeply technical product plans and aligning business strategy and technology delivery.

What will you do?

  • Develop a vision and set strategic product direction that aligns with customer needs, business growth and overall technology strategy.
  • Own and drive the entire product lifecycle from design, launch and development of cross-functional partnerships.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps, including aspects such as feasibility, time, cost and impact.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, operations and marketing teams.
  • Seek a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis.
  • Create, mentor and manage a product team that includes UX designers, and foster a customer-driven product culture.
  • Drive scalable processes and innovation throughout the product development cycle.
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure successful products and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities based on feedback.
  • Own communication of product strategy and progress throughout the company, ensuring that all key stakeholders are sufficiently informed as needed.
  • Work with sales, marketing and operations to ensure that the product strategy is developed based on objective data collected from our target market (i.e., a well-defined problem with propensity to invest to solve it) and our internal capability to deliver it (i.e., technical and experience strengths and resource availability/budget).
  • Responsible for defining the product's value proposition and designing its key attributes.
